Zune Won't Show Artists

I noticed that after the recent firmware update for the Zune, I couldn't 'View Artist' when listening to a song by clicking the middle button and selecting to view the artist that I was listening to. This and most other Zune problems can be solved by turning the Zune off, and then back on. To do this, press and hold the bottom on the navigation pad (the down button) while holding the back button. After a few seconds the Zune will turn off. Once it is off, turn it back on by pressing and holding the play button. If your problems still persist, try resetting it by pressing and holding the bottom of the navigational pad while holding the play button. After a few seconds, the Zune will reset.
